Baby corn 65

Hi friends,

Today I am back with a great snack which is so easy to make. This dish is great for kids and adults. The best thing about this recipe of baby corn 65 is that it is not a deep fried food and you can make it in a tawa(pan) with less oil. This recipe is adapted from yummytummyaarthi.com.

Ingredients:

Baby Corn – 7 to 8 chopped
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Water as needed

For Masala:
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Rice Flour – 1 tblspn
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 tblspn
Corn Flour / Cornstarch – 1 tblspn
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

Method:

Take baby corn in a bowl, add in salt and water. Cook till tender and cooked. Drain them.

Now add in all the masala ingredients and mix well.

Pan fry in little oil or deep fry them.You can fry 10 pieces in one batch .

Drain onto some paper towel.

Sprinkle chat masala over and serve hot.

I am really fond of this recipe as it takes so less time and is simple and yet yummy. My child loves this recipe. Baby corn is full of vitamins, extremely low in fat and high in potassium and folic acid . So I really recommend you all to try this recipe as evening snack for kids.
